Do I need to register for account on TKO?

It is not required to register for an account to order from the website. Registering/logging in will simply retain your information for future orders.

What payment methods are available on the site?

Please pay via credit card at checkout. Payment must be received to process your order. Checks are not accepted.

When will I receive my order?

Webstore orders are released into production in scheduled batches at the end of each business week. Once your order has been released into production, it will be completed and delivered within approximately 15 business days. 

Orders placed earlier in the week will be held and included in that week’s production batch. This means the production timeline begins once your order is officially released into production—not necessarily on the date your order is placed.

Can I return my order?

All of our products are custom-decorated specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives with any damage, defect, or production error, we will address it promptly and make it right.


We will gladly review and resolve concerns such as:

Garments that arrive damaged or compromised

Decoration issues, including misprints or errors from the approved design

IItems that do not match your finalized order details

The following are not considered defects:

Sizing selections provided at the time of order

Minor color variations between digital proofs and finished products

Slight placement or sizing variations within standard production tolerances

Normal wear after use
